Tomorrow it is 17th November and we celebrate  the students’ of Athens Polytechnic* uprising against dictatorship. A lot of years ago, in 1973, the students of  Athens Polytechnic  rebelled against the tyranny conditions the Greek people experienced then.

So tomorrow is the ANNIVERSARY OF ATHENS POLYTECHNIC. All universities and schools in Greece do not have lessons. The students go to school or universities to attend or participate in a celebration held in honor of those Polytechnic students who fought for our democracy.

Today is Tuesday 15 October 2016 and we have an English lesson.

Our English teacher is Miss Anthi. Today we did the lesson about ”Old and Modern creatures”.

The texts in our book are about:

• Polyphemus the Cyclops
• Oberon, Titania, Puck and Tinkerbell, the fairies
• Shrek the ogre 

My favourite text is ”Oberon, Titania, Puck and Tinkerbell, the fairies.

I like it very much because when I was 5 years old, I watched movies with fairies!!!!!

My name is Georgia. I am 12 years old and I am in 6th grade.

Also, I go to 1st primary school of Ilioupoli.

I live in Ilioupoli and I come from Athens.

My dad’s name is T. and my mum’s name is M.

I have two sisters. They are older than me.

My elder sister is S. and she is 20 years old.

And my other sister is M. and she is 18 years old.

I like  playing volleyball. In my free time I play volleyball and sometimes doing the English teacher.

This is all about myself!!
